Upright has implemented a new draw management system to help increase speed, accuracy and transparency. 

 

Requesting a Draw Instructions: 

All draw requests are now being facilitated through the TrustPoint platform, which you can access through your Upright dashboard. To learn more about this new process please read this Article in our Help Center.  

You can also Login to your Borrower Dashboard and request a draw there.

If you are unable to request a Draw from your Borrower Dashboard, please email accountservicing@upright.us and a member of our team will assist you further.
